La Mar Cebecheria sets Chicago opening date

Gaston Acurio has confirmed the rumors on Facebook. Chicago's outpost of his empire will open in April 2013. Acurio was recently in Chicago with Diego Oka, Chef at San Francisco's La Mar, but it's not clear if Oka will will be the opening chef in Chicago.
