So the other day I bought two whole tilapia and cooked them (oven style, stuffed in case any one wants to know) I've got two heads left and I hate to waste them....the major issue I'm having is the amount of little pin bones in the fish. What would y'all reccomend I do with these heads. Also, on another side note please no recipes for fish stock as I do not cook fish often enough to make it of any use and already have enough home made chicken broth in my freezer to cover an apocolypse. Thanks in advance for any and all ideas.
