Thanksgiving Take-out Recommendation

I would like to find a good gourmet market or restaurant that will prepare an outstanding, traditional Thanksgiving-in-a-box to pick up Wednesday or Thursday morning, to be reheated at the house. Normally, I would scoff at such a thought. I grew up in the East Bay, and will be returning to share Thanksgiving with my parents and family as I do every year. Only this year, my mother the matriarch is in the midst of a battle with cancer and will not be in a position to cook as she has almost every year for the last 50 years, nor is she in a position to leave the house. We want the dinner to be memorable for the right reasons, and not worry too much about the food. Locations in Oakland or Berkeley would be preferred, but I'm willing to drive for the best meal. Recommendations?

Sorry to hear about your mom.

This thread from last year suggests Whole Foods or Andronico's that have locations in the East Bay.

Andronico's has since joined forces with A G Ferrari and the catering may be even better.

In Oakland and Berkeley, I'd also take a look at The Pasta Shop/Market Hall Caterers (Rockridge). Could be a good connection for provisioning your parents going forward too until they get through this crisis. Here's the T-day menu and according to the FAQ, you can order from their other menus too for the day.

I've heard through the grapevine that Greens and Grains in Alameda's Marketplace will have T-day meals.
