Candlelight Inn Wing Recipe [split from NYS]
Would anyone know how to get close to making these wings at home. I love these wings but I do not live in Westchester. Can anyone help with reccomending ingredients to create the sauce and the cooking instruction. I would really appreciate anyones input. Ive made wings with butter and franks but candlelights sauce tastes 100 times better than anything ive made myself. PLEASE HELP
It's been a while, but if I remember clearly, I think there was not only a butter undertone, there was also maybe a garlic-y one? Have you tried melting butter in a pan with some garlic slices? Remove the garlic (or not) and add the butter to your sauce, whichever one you like, and then dip the cooked wings in that. Multiple dips for more heat. Hope that helps.
