Mexican and Vietnamese in Everett

I occasionally visit doctors at the Everett Clinic and combine my trips with a pilgrimage to Trader joe's. I have noticed a number of Mexican and Vietnamese restaurants just past the Everett Clinic and out past Trader joe's. I would like to try a few for lunches when I am in the area. Any recommendations?

For Vietnamese, Than Brothers by Everett Mall is very good Pho. Pho Hiho on Hardeson is also good. Casa El Dorado by Fred Meyers on Casino is really good authentic Mexican and they make tortillas. Casa Tequila or El Paraiso are also good though I think El Paraiso has gone down in quality and value.

For Vietnamese, there's Pasteur on 128th.

Trader Joe's is North of 7th and Everett Mall Way.

Just down the block towards Target is a gas station, Valero?, on 7th and Evt Mall Way. In the back of that strip mall is a Pho restaurant that is pretty good. Also, next to the gas station is Taqueria El Riconsito (sp?) which is a good inexpensive taqueria with good carnitas.

La Palmera is a decent sit-down restaurant near the Home Depot at Airport Road and Hwy 99.

Everett Clinic Silverlake or the Main Campus?
Near Silverlake is a decent French-style bakery, L'Artisan, that might be worth a quick lunch - sanwiches.
