Avery Provision on Washington St/Downtown Xing
This is the market next to Sip in the x Bina space. Nice addition to the neighborhood with a good assortmen of cold cuts, cheeses, prepared meals and other sundries.
A highlight for me; which they haven't really advertised much is the rotiserred chicken. They use a high quality organic chicken and it's delicious. They are cooked to order and you can either phone in your order or order it at the counter and have a drink or 4 next door at sip. They're already on my speed dial..617 357-0888
I don't know if this is a destination stop but for those that live nearby, it's a nice option.

I think it's $15. Ms 9 picked it up.
That's higher than Artu..$12 and WF..$10 which I use as reference points, but it's a better chicken than those 2 and cooked to order.
I haven't had a chance to check prices but I don't imagine there to be many bargains but there's a convenience factor for the neighborhood.
