falmouth rumor mill

Has anyone heard any more scuttlebutt on the bakery that is coming to downtown Falmouth....I am not a patient person! And the hot stove rumor mill says the Leeside in Woods Hole will be purchased by the Black Dog empire and become a tavern....anything would be better than the current sad state of affairs there. Last night I got a tap beer there and it wasn't cold. And two years later still no hot water in the bathroom! Yuk.

Assume you know about Maison Villatte in Falmouth by now, cousin to PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet. PB is like tripping on carb's.

Yes, Thanks. It's been talked about here quite often. I actually think it's better than PB Boulangerie in Welfleet. I don't believe they are connected at all, however, except that Maison Vilette is owned by George who was the head baker at PB, and left in what appeared to be unceremonious circumstances.
