Just like the thread title says.I can turn the temp up, but will not go down in any mode.help!
I agree with others. The best course of action is to call up the customer service. Good luck.
It sounds to me like the thermostat is bad, but it could be something else although I would be hard pressed to say what it is. If it is out of warranty, any appliance repair dealer should be able to repair.
I would call Wolf customer service. If under the full warranty they will fix it. If under the parts only part, up to 5 years, you may just be able to pull out the oven selector knob and replace it.
