Crème de marron/Chestnut cream
Hi all,
I just made a chestnut cream puree thing made with cooked chestnuts, heavy cream, vanilla, rum (subbed in place of cognac), raw sugar, and a bit of salt, and it was AMAZING!
Just wanted to share this with you guys bc it'd be perfect for holiday desserts
