I need some GREAT take out close to Livingston

OK, my elderly mother is in rehab in Livingston. She loves good food (eg I bring her pastry from Balthazar and that she eats right away!) and has NO time institutional food. I have to get some ideas on the best close by take out.

Any help would be great.

Not sure what direction your coming from, but Cullins in Florham Park is a great place. They specialize in take out.

I would recommend Livingston Bagel.

Some people say that Eppes Essen Deli is as good as Katz's in NYC. I wouldn't go that far, but it's a good deli.

Livingston Bagel on Northfield Ave is an excellent (huge, expensive) full deli and bakery...hot and cold prepared food, salads, sandwiches, soups. Very good babka too!

The Ritz Diner has a huge menu...Eppes Essen is another huge deli/restaurant. I hear good stuff about the new kabob place on the corner of pleasant valley way and eagle rock too.

ETA: Mark and Julie's On PVW has the. Best. Coffee chip ice cream!!
