Do you ever use it as part of a dish? I'm thinking steak topped with blue cheese or chicken stuffed with blue cheese, also perhaps an elevated blue cheese dip?
No--never used it in cooking. It's flavor is strong and sharp, so if you do use it, you might want to cut back on the quantity and taste. Definitely one of those "a little goes a long way" kind of cheeses.
