Spicy Seafood Noodles in Shanghai

I know I would have more luck finding Chinese-Korean dishes in Beijing, but we're going to be in Shanghai in a few weeks and I'm really hoping to get a better rendition of chao ma mian (炒碼麵) than I can get here in San Francisco. Anyone have any ideas?

Also looking for a great Szechuan restaurant.
