SF Peninsula has new grocery store

Today I went to Miki's in Palo Alto (Alma, a block or so north of Charleston), which comes from someone from the Berkeley Bowl, yes? I loved it. The amount of organic produce which also shows the area of Ca. it comes from, was a plus; the cheese selection wonderful; soy products abundant, and they have a decent selection of regular grocery items. I would characterize it as being like a smaller Whole Foods but excelling that chain in quality and overall a much more 'homey' feeling. They have a superior produce area. It might be a tad tight with alot of people, especially during the holidays coming up. I didn't have the time to do a very thorough study, so perhaps this isn't very complete. With crowds, there might be a parking problem. From you, I'd like to know what was outstanding from Berkeley Bowl that Miki's might have? Thanks in advance.
