Remember My Pie Pizza ?

To those who remember My Pie Pizza in Golden Valley....is there any place in the Twin Ciities that even comes close ?

My best friend LOVED My Pie. I don't really remember it that well, but he raved about it. According to him, there is nothing like it and never will be.

Personally, my favorite was Perry's Pizza in Dinkeytown, not to be confused with the current Perry's Pizza on Washington or University.

Oh, Perry's! - 2 slices and a drink for $3 - LONG ago. I met my friend there every Tuesday for lunch. When the lunch combo went up to $3.50 we were horrified at the "gouging."

My Pie and Perry's. Very popular when I was in high school and college. Taking me back, man. Loved those large, thick squares of Sicilian style pizza at Perry's.
