How to reheat enchiladas?

I love to make a vast quantity of enchiladas at once. I use some during the week, others I freeze for the future.No matter which way I reheat them, they fall apart into something that looks like a tamale pie. Why can't I get them to keep their svelte cylindrical shape???? Please, I am desperate for ideas.

  1. As soon as enchiladas sit around for awhile, the liquid starts to break down the tortillas. Then the combination of freezing and reheating completes the process. I do fin that microwaving causes the least "damage" because it's all so quick.
