Do you think I can freeze this?

I tripled the recipe because we love it so much (And served it over quinoa). What I'd love to do is freeze in single-serving portions for lunches, since I'm vegetarian and I get really tired of cannellini beans and pasta for lunch. I have no idea whether cooked tofu would freeze well? Do CHers think this would work?
