Still trying to make Mozzarella and I slowly start to belive that the powdered Rennet I have is expired.Is there a place to buy liquid Rennet in YYC? What about Citric Acid?
Looks like you got a tonne of suggestions at Calgary Puck :) sorry I googled "Calgary rennet" and it took me to that thread. This chowhound group seems pretty quiet.
I bought citric acid at Dalbrent Spice Rack.
