Good-technique pumpkin muffins at Sound Bites

There's a nice special muffin these days: pumpkin. It's _mildly_ pumpkiny. The batter isn't overmixed so it's nicely tender, and it also doesn't have that simulated-undercooked-center that pumpkin cakes and muffins can get. (Weight watchers who use the pumpkin cake trick will recognize this, amirite?)
While I'm at it, Sound Bites' muhammara (walnut and pomegranate spread/dip) is probably my favorite thing there. It's on the lunch/dinner menus.
Full Disclosure: I am a regular and was offered the first muffin for free. I paid for a second one to take home.
