after dinner drinks in the Chatham area?

My boyfriend & I will be celebrating a very special date this Sat and we're having dinner at Il Mundo Vecchio in Chatham. Dinner will probably be over by 9 - is there anywhere in that area to go and have a drink and relax? Maybe drive into Morristown? As always, any ideas would be very much appreciated. thank you Chowhounders!

Mondo Vecchio is in Madison...if that's where you are you can walk to either Main Street Bar or Shanghai Jazz, on the same side of the street as Mondo Vecchio one block or so west. If you are in Chatham, your best bet would be to head to Summit to The Huntley Tavern, Fiorino, or maybe even The Hat Tavern at the Grand Summit Hotel. I would avoid eating at the Huntley Tavern though...it's glorified diner food. Beautiful bar though.

Huntly Tavern in Summit. It's a bit on the fancy side and Upscale but if it is a special occasion it should be perfect.

Serenade in Chatham is one of the few nicer non-BYOs in the area but I don't know if the have a lounge area at their bar...
Huntley taverne in summit would be a good spot...
