Personal experience with Taqueria Los Anaya catering?
I'm in talks with Manuel Anaya about a work-place lunch for ~25 people. It seems that they're familiar with my work-site, a low-key spot of 11,000 people in the shadow of the Beverly Center. He's given me two suggested menus for ~$250 which includes burritos + enchiladas + flautas + salad + chips + salsa or I can swap out the enchiladas for a grilled chicken/ pasta dish.
A taco bar would not work in our very limited space. Have any Hounds ordered catering from them? I would be interested in your experience and in the menu that you used.
