Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare or Eleven Madison Park
I'm trying to make a decision on which of these 3 star Michelin tasting menus to try. Can anyone give me some advice from experiences? thanks.

as far as i'm concerned it's apples and oranges except for the fact that both are hard to get into. BF being far more difficult as it has far less seats. Do you want a dinner with excellent service? an actual table? more creative dishes? some ambiance? If you want these EMP is your choice.
If you want many tiny tastes, without a tablecloth or table for that matter, pay exorbitant price for not so amazing dishes , then BF is your choice. Personally, I'd go to Jean Georges.›1 Reply -
If only for the fact that CT@BF is MUCH harder to get into (and EMP ain't exactly easy...), try your luck with them first. If you don't get in... try for EMP. As I recall, CT@BF starts taking rezzies earlier than EMP, and since they fill up nearly instantaneously, you'd want to try them first anyway...

You might also post in the Outer Boroughs board. I don't think that there are many hounds who have been to both places in the past few months where there have been significant changes in the menu and beverage programs,.
That said, I think your choice would depend on where you can actually secure a reservation.
