Harvey's Guss Special Free Range Turkey

Servorg Oct 17, 2012 08:38 AM

Anyone have actual experience with these "Willie Bird" turkeys from Harvey's Guss? http://www.harveysgussmeat.com/Thanks... They certainly sound like they would be good, but I have never tried them and don't know the price yet either.

It's the only turkey I'll buy for Thanksgiving and Christmas, at Marondas in the Farmers Market (order in advance). They don't need brining or any of that stuff and are the best ever. But I was told they were only available at those holidays. And they are VERY VERY expensive.

Willie Bird has their own website as well, http://www.williebird.com/. The birds are very expensive.
