Reminds me of one of the worst things I had at a JG restaurant. Mashed potatoes with truffle oil. Violates 2 rules in one dish. Ugh.

Wonderfully written, funny article; the Truffle Oil line is great, though I do kind of like lobster in Mac and Cheese occasionally.
