Need a Venue in Seattle for a Chef Dinner

I'm trying to find a nice Seattle space from which to host a dinner with a chef friend. Needs to have a kitchen and space for 30 ppl to dine (preferably one long table). Any thoughts? I'm drawing a blank.

several local community centers (within the parks department) have rentable catering kitchens; some are large enough for dining and some have adjacent spaces.
