Hi everyone,
Where is a good place to get menudo in Seattle? Thanks for your help in advance!

I know Taqueria el Sabor in Shoreline serves it on weekends. Never tried it though as it doesn't strike my fancy. Any menudo experts out there?

Jen, El Sabor De Oaxaca, 452 SW 153rd in Burien serves an excellent Menudo on Saturdays. You can also have an order of toasted grasshoppers while you are waiting for your soup. This place is the real deal.

These are all great, but I have to say toasted grasshoppers sounds like something I have to try! =)

I've never eaten there and wouldn't order medudo if I had, but I did notice it on the regular menu at Mayas. They have an AmazonLocal coupon deal going this week. $10 will get you $20 worth of food.

Burrito Loco, on Holman Road, offers Menudo, Pozole, Albondigas. OK, it's been 15 years since I was there, but I liked the Pozole and the Mole.

Places are more likely to have it on weekends.

I've been satisfied with what I've gotten at Taqueria Guaymas (mostly Lynnwood). However of late I'm more likely to make my own tripe soup/stew, and get a torta or something else to go at a taqueria.
