Yes it did as I read on Eater weeks ago.

:( Raku Plus closed at the end of August. When I last spoke w/Panja, she had no (immediate) plan to reopen elsewhere. Fingers crossed she can't stay out of the kitchen and opens a new restaurant in LA soon.

I was at that new ramen place in Honda Plaza last week (Men Oh Tokushima Ramen) and saw that new signage is up for an izakaya (the name escapes me) in Raku Plus' former site.
