Lunch for 22 (mostly foodies) at Queen and Broadview / Leslieville

My L'il Baci plan didn't work out as they don't take reservations for such a large group. Prohibition seems to have very mixed reviews, and I would rather not go to Joy Bistro. We are at Queen and Broadview and would prefer to walk. Thanks everyone!

Tough one as a lot of restaurants in Leslieville don't open until 5. Personally, I'd go with Prohibition. We go there fairly often and the food is definitely a step above regular pub food and all made in house. I really enjoy their Cobb Salad and every now and then I allow myself to order their duck confit poutine. I'd heard that the new Riverside Public House might start opening for lunch soon, but not sure when. Might be worth giving them a call to see - maybe for a group of your size they'd do lunch for you.

Prohibition is my local but the food leaves something to be desired to say the least not to mention some people have a bit of sticker shock for things such as $3 per chicken wing. If the Riverside Public House is open I would go there.

Bit of a hike, but I imagine the Nose could accommodate a large group like that.
