Quality Lunch on a budget - recommendations?

Will be in Nola for lunch on a Wednesday & Thursday in a couple weeks. Looking for a high quality
and value with business casual dress code - on a budget. On my list so far are the prix fixe at August, Emeril’s, and Coquette.
Any recommendations? Does not necessarily have to be prix-fixe. Thanks in advance

  1. in addition to the reasonable $23 price tag for the 3 courses at Coquette, both Wed. & Thurs have drink specials. $5 glasses of wine on Wednesday, with very generous pours & $5 cocktials on Thursday. So, pick your poison! Commanders has $20 2 course and reasonable 3 course selections, plus $.25 martinis.

I couldn't name them all but it seems to me that just about everyone is offering a lunch prix fixe in 45 minutes sort of thing.

Last time we went to Coquette for dinner on a Thurs, we were charged full price for specialty cocktails. Our waitress informed us $5 cocktails were now only available at the bar. Nice touch not mentioning it until she brought the check.

They stopped doing the $5 cocktails all together, I believe.

      2. Plenty people will give me grief for this but we truly enjoy Antoines for the $20.12 lunch. Oh they have .25 martinis. The interior is old gawdy New Orleans but IMHO worth the trip.
