I second bourbon steak. Il Mercato in Hallandale is also very good. Lola's on Harrison has been consistent and pretty good the handful of times I've gone. Haven't been there in the last year, though.
Cannot recommend Fulvio's without Scardelli. Same Family add steaks and if your party is large enough you might get a private room with a balcony facing the ocean!
