Tidbid re Syhabout/Carlson new partnership

We ate dinner at Italian Colors last night - which unfortunately, was about the worst meal we've had there in many years - and asked our waitress about the news of Carlson's new venture. She said that the menu is tentatively aimed towards pub food and comfort food, probably leaving the Asian influence to Syhabout's Hawker Fare restaurant.
