Napa/Sonoma/Russian River Wine Trip

I have seen a few threads on here regarding wine trips, however, I am interested in finding "hidden gems." Basically wines that I can't just buy at my local store. For example, Silver Oak makes a good Cab, but you can get that anywhere. Same with Joseph Phelps, Nickel and Nickel, Cakebread etc.

We particularly like Russian River and Sonoma Pinot's, Napa Cabs and are certainly open to whites but they are not usually our top choices.

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
(and I will report back in order to provide feedback for other people!)
Thanks!

    Look to the mountain wineries:

    Spring Mountain
    Howell Mountain
    Diamond Mountain

THOSE are the hidden gems and even folks who live in the valley know that the mountain wineries make the best wines!

No apologies necessary, that is exactly what I need but just missed it. Thank you!
