          Thanks. I'll hit up ramayani since that's closer. but i hope i might be allowed to just have that drink considering that the food was never very good.

              Yes, Simpang Asia.

              (Although we're also making some very nice ones at home now, using coconut milk, chocolate sauce, and a bit of warm caramel for "body".)

                OK reporting back on the Ice Alpokat at Simpang...

                Very, very good. BUT I still like the Vietnamese version at Saigon Flavour better.

                  For me it's the difference between driving 2.5 miles to Simpang Asia or 25 miles to Saigon Flavour. Considering traffic and gas prices it isn't a no brainer...it's even an easier decision than that.

                    Ok, ok, ok.

                    I'll hit both up very soon. Especially since both are pretty cheap too, I would presume. Under $5 a glass, perhaps ?

                    What do you order for dishes at Simpang ?
