Where would you go in OC environs for an all beef, natural casing hot dog ?

If you want to make them at home, I love the Fresh & Easy all beef natural casing dog (maybe angus?) - best with their "gourmet" buns. I get the buns steamed by placing 2 wooden spoons over the pot that the dogs are in and place the buns on top of them, then cover with tin foil so they steam - prefect! So good!!
