does anybody have a recipe for sichuan woodear mushrooms?

i would like to make that simple sichuan woodear mushroom salad tonight as a side dish for salt and pepper squid. i know this dish is simple which usually means it won't taste right unless the ingredients are in harmony. does anybody have a good recipe / guidelines, before i start sloshing black vinegar and sichuan pepper oil into a bowl of wood ear and call it a dish?
