Man, I'm not even sure where you'd get that besides at Penang (in Chinatown).

There are a couple of spicy crab dishes under the chef's specialties.
Yep, #21 ("Penang House Special Crabs") is the chilli crab.
I don't know if #23 ("Hot & Spicy Crab") is the one, but they will make a pretty killer pepper crab too -- just axe for it, they'll know.
