Has anyone tried this new push bottom cheesecake pan from King Arthur? It sounds like a great idea, but I wonder if it will really work as advertised. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Getting ready for holidays and really contemplating this one. Any experience / thoughts on whether this would work? There are no reviews on the KAF website yet, but I'm desperate!
For what it's worth--as I'm not a frequent cheesecake baker--this doesn't look to me like such an improvement on the ordinary springform pan that I'd be willing to pay more than twice as much for it.
