ISO veg-friendly lunch spot in Burlington

Meeting a vegetarian friend for lunch in Burlington, and have been asked to chose a spot - thai food or Indian would be great; Italian with strong veggie options would also be great. Any ideas?

    Not downtown Burlington but I have been a few times to Naked Sprout and enjoyed my meal there. They specialize in "raw" but I think they have some "lightly cooked" meals too:
