caveat: i've never had a quinoa dish that really impressed me.
akasha was no different, forgettable but edible.

i suspect that if it was made the way shamshiri grill makes their addas polo (a rice dish) i'd probably be much more receptive.

Burger Lounge just opened up in Beverly Hills. I heard the quinoa veggie burger is pretty good.

Was just at Tender Greens in Culver City and they had a great looking quinoa and broccoli side. I did not have but lots of people ordered it.
