Sirio at the Pierre

Is the new Skrio opened at the Pierre ? I cannot seem to find any reviews.

I don't know if it's open yet, it's a pity Le Caprice closed, it is very popular in London but I think New Yorkers prefer Italian, Sirio's should do well.
