Landmark Diner on Northern Blvd in Roslyn. I've enjoyed it twice and will have it again next breakfast/brunch/lunch in the area.

I passed Love Ln Kitchen this afternoon and took a look to see some empty tables. Had I known, I might have stopped. One of these days...

Lighthouse diner on Sunrise in Wantagh has it on the regular menu now and can be served in any which way they feel, depending on what's in the kitchen at the time. Black beans, refried beans, guac, no guac, sliced avocado, no avocado, etc...

That's the first place I thought of too, Cook Room. Not your usual diner stuff.

Maybe it was a special as I don't see it on their menu, but it was excellent when I had at Estia's Little Kitchen in Sag Harbor.

The menu posted online isn't complete.

Everything at Estia is excellent! I noticed they opened an outpost in Connecticut now? From what I hear, just as good as the original(s).
