We are very open to suggestions. Can someone offer a recommendation for something on the casual side within walking distance?

Fishtail is a good suggestion but I have found Rouge Tomate very disappointing and overpriced for what you get. I've been twice and left feeling as if I hadn't eaten after being served a postage-stamp sized portion of bland fish.

I wouldn't consider Fishtail "casual" unless you sit downstairs.

Fishtail by David Burke 62nd/ Lex. Canaletto 60 th between 3rd and 2 nd. Rouge Tomate 60 th between 5 th and Madison. all are excellent ( I've been to them all many,many times) and all are on the www.savored.com website. 30% off!

Depending on your price point, and how far you want to walk, would also recommend Yakitori Totto (about $50 pp for food only, add on drinks/tax/tip)
