Commercial convection oven BBQ Beef Recipe/Instructions
Can anyone give me any tips, we have several large eye of round roasts left in our Church freezer.
I was planning on using them in Shredded BBQ Beef for sandwiches but I am not sure how to cook them, at home I usually use the crock pot or roaster oven. I will need to use the commercial convection ovens, any temp/ time per pound guidelines, do I cook them in liquid, covered? Thanks for any guidance!
