Green cherry tomatoes--can anything be done with them?

Does anyone have a recipe for chutney, pickles, etc. for unripe cherry tomatoes? I have about a 1.5 cups of them and I'd love to put them to use. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Leave them to ripen indoors. Once ripe, use them as you would red ones.

      I had the same problem, and made the recipe at http://allrecipes.com/recipe/green-to... with them. I would guess your quantity of tomatoes would be equal to two large tomatoes, but you can decide for yourself. I thought the result was quite good, even leaving the bell peppers out, and just put it in my fridge rather than canning it.

        Red and green tomato pie. You'll need 2 or three good ripe tomatoes in addition, or a pint or two of good quality cherry tomatoes, one pie shell, 1/3 cup each mayo and grated parmesan, 1 large minced clove garlic. Brown the empty pie shell in about a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove and cool. Layer the green and red tomatoes until the shell is full. Not level with the top, a little bit heaped. Mix together the mayo, parm and garlic and spread over the top. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.

          Pickles! or at least- refrigerator pickles, which are my favorites anyway.
