Yes definitely. Good turn out of people and restaurants. Hope they do it next year. I bet it will be even bigger. Huge success

re: hargau
and what extra did you have to pay for what food? I love the idea and concept, but really hope they will do a better job of marketing and giving info next year. But maybe minimal info brought out the maximum number of participants they could handle? Seriously. I wish them the best but I too went to the website and just saw a lot of "more info coming soon" two days before. As someone not-so-tech-savvy who used to update websites for paid employment, I know it's not that difficult with minimal skills, especially to add a PDF to download. Glad it worked for them, a worthy cause and glad the weather worked out and hope to do it next year.

Yes you did pay extra for food after you went in but it was very reasonable. Example under the big pavilion tent you got lobster, steamers, mussels, corn on the cob etc for $20.00. All the side "shack" areas had different restaurants... Daily Catch (wonderful calamari), Yankee Lobster (awesome fried shrimp/they gave out free chowder) .. there was sushi, yummy soft shelled crabs, and a great veggie burger ..can't remember all restaurant names. About 12-14 of them. There was a live band too. Arts and crafts. There was a shucking contest..fun :) Steady stream of people. It was the first year so I'd expect more next year as they grow.
