Brailian typical national dish FEIJOADA

400g of dried meat
300g pork ribs salt
1/2kg black bean
300g fillet
300g smoked sausage
1/4 cup (tea) of oil
200g diced bacon
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
3 bay leaves
Salt to taste

Wash all meat under running water to remove excess salt. Leave the dried meat, ribs soak in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water 4 times. Clean well taken nerves and existing hair. Leave black bean soak in cold water over night to soften and then Cook the beans in water until the grains are tender and integers . Drain the meat sauce, place in a saucepan, cover with water and simmer for 30 minutes. Drain and cut into smaller pieces. In a saucepan, place the pork and cover with water, after 15 minutes add the sausage and pepperoni and cook for another 20 minutes. Drain and set aside. Heat oil and sauté the diced bacon, add garlic and onion and let it brown. Add the beans, cooked meats, bay leaf and simmer for 25 minutes for the flavors merge and beans soften more. Season with salt and remove some beans, mash and return to pot to thicken the broth. Serve hot accompanied by vinaigrette with pepper, cabbage, rice, dices of orange. ENJOY IT!!
