Best place to buy bulk food items like rice flour in Edmonton?

I'm looking to buy quantities of 2-5 kg of things like rice flour, almond meal, and other hard to find flour types. I'm not looking for gluten free, I still use wheat flour and cross contamination would be inevitable, I'm wanting the flours to help cut down on my use of white flour. It's just hard to experiment when I can only buy in 454g bags sold by red mill. Any help would be appreciated.

You can get rice flour in packages from any Asian supermarket (T&T, Lucky 97, etc. in Edmonton). It's used often enough in Asian cooking that you can easily buy 4-5 bags of the stuff.

    2. Planet organic has bigger bags of specialty flours, blush lane organic has some selection but not larger sizes, both Walmart and superstore as well as Asian markets (as mentioned above)l these places have giant bags of a variety of flours to try :) you'll have read the package cuz the names are sometimes different, like besan is chick pea flour ( I never would connect those two lol) -have fun!
