has anyone been or heard anything about it? i'm keen to try his food and am wondering if this is a worthwhile interim until i can get myself to cornwall.
Wait for Cornwall, or wait a few more weeks for The Capital to settle down as is not great at moment. Still having teething problems with temperature of dishes, seasonings etc
Our experience at his Cornwall restaurant was excellent, but what's the deal with the decor? It felt very sterile. Definitely not a match for the warmth of the hospitality or the class of the cooking.
There was a less than glowing review from Fay Maschler in yesterday's Standard.
