Pizzeria Mozza Newport Update- Trippa alla parmigiana.

Delicious soft tender tripe braised in tomatoes, carrots, celery, chick peas, and maybe a golden raisin here and there for sweetness. There is a nice undercurrent of heat from red chile peppers. Very good. Very classic. Outstanding.

That's what I love about this place. After 40-50 visits, and despite it's corporate feel, it still manages to surprise and pull off something soulful like this.
