Honey Cookie Recipe, what do you guys think?
I've made the 'dough' (and I use that word loosely!) for this recipe, and am chilling it now to bake in the morning. It came out super wet and more like a thick batter than a cookie dough. I added a little extra flour but it's still so soft. the recipe calls for to roll it in balls but there is no way it would go into a ball shape at all.
here is the recipe:
1 1/3 cups oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups flour (Janet uses half AP and half white whole wheat)
Sparkly sugar or Turbinado sugar for rolling
any input?
