Refrigerator Life of Sour Cream Sauce for Chicken Enchiladas?
I made chicken enchiladas one week ago. For the sour cream sauce, I used the stock from a chicken I cooked. I placed the leftover sauce in a plastic container and have kept it in the refrigerator. Would this sauce still be good? I would like to cook with it today so as not to waste it.
